YouTube, TikTok instead of Russian propaganda TV: Bloggers attempt to defeat censorship, fake news
TikTok and YouTube bloggers are attempting to counter Kremlin propaganda. Germany and France have sent informal request to the EU to launch media literacy courses for bloggers on YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram and VKontakte.
