DIBBELABBES 🥔 Vegan world tour pt.3 🗺🌱

RECIPE (4 servings, 30mins preparation time):
-1,5 kg (3,3 lbs) potatoes
Peel them and grate them either by hand or with a machine.
-3 onions
Grate them.
Place them with the potatoes in a towel and squeeze out as much liquid as you can.
-salt and pepper to taste
-1/2 Tsp nutmeg
-4 Tbsp flour
Mix with the grated and squeezed potato-onion mix.
Heat up a good amount of oil and start frying.
Turn and scramble the “Dibbelabbes” every 3-5 minutes and put the lid on afterwards.
When it’s nicely browned you can serve with apple sauce.
