Shrimp en Brochette
COMPONENTS:
36 huge shrimp, shelled
1/2 mug lemon juice
1/2 mug completely dry gewurztraminer
1/2 mug grease
1/4 mug Worcestershire sauce
1/4 mug soy sauce
Salt and pepper
36 pineapple pieces (tinned is great).
PREP WORK:.
Season shrimp for 1 hour in a blend of the lemon juice, white wine, oil, Worcestershire sauce, soy pepper, sauce and salt. Alternative on skewers with pineapple portions (6 shrimp and 6 pineapple pieces per skewer). Grill up until shrimp is prepared, basting with sauce while food preparation.
