FAE Online Support (FOS) is a digital platform for FAE dealers that makes customer support quick and easy.
FOS allows the dealer to open a service request from anywhere, on a smartphone or computer. FAE’s Service Technician will receive a notification and the request will be addressed. The dealer will receive the necessary documentation or FAE support, including Visual Assistance. When the task is completed, the case is closed and all details remain available on the platform.
