There once was a president bold,
Who tore into Trump, so we’re told.
He apologized to Fauci,
For language that was saucy,
In the diary, the story unfolds.
Perhaps there has never been a group
Of people, treated so badly, the scoop
Said Trump of the fund
For those who’ve been shunned
In our Nation’s history, a whoop
There once was a quarterback great,
Whose court date was set for a later date,
On September twenty-one,
He’d face what he’d done,
Hoping the outcome would be his fate.
There once was a judge from D.C.,
Slapped down the MAGA leader with glee,
In a three-page decree,
Bastian made it clear to see,
No relief for the leader would be.
There once were investigators who
Hoped someone would recognize the writing style true
They searched high and low
For a lead to follow
In hopes of solving the mystery anew.
There once was a rep who did say,
“We can’t let abusers have their way.
Just because you dislike
A girl, doesn’t mean strike,
We must protect children, come what may.”
On Broad Peak, three climbers were found,
Their bodies now resting on ground.
In Pakistan’s high mountain air,
They met a fate unfair,
Rescuers’ efforts were profound.
There once was a “Late Night” show bit,
That was brief, just a moment to fit.
With jokes quick and snappy,
The audience was happy,
It was over before they could sit.
A strategist Democrat named Brown
Doubled down on his bold prediction
That Trump, you’ll see,
Will leave his post, guaranteed,
Before his White House term’s eviction.
There once was a mass crossing to Ceuta,
Causing Europe to tremble and mutter,
Italy threatened to suspend,
The EU’s border trend,
Leaving many in quite a clutter.
