The family of a Tennessee woman who died from a stroke is outraged. Sixty-year-old Lisa Edwards told workers she could not walk on her own after being released from the hospital. When she would not leave, the hospital called the police and Edwards was arrested for trespassing. Cops mocked her for not being able to get herself up and dragged her into a police cruiser to take her to jail. She died the next day. Now, the family plans to sue the police department and the hospital.

La semana pasada se trasladaban los primeros 2.000 presos a la mayor cárcel de América Latina: el recién estrenado “Centro de Confinamiento del Terrorismo”, un centro del que hace gala el presidente y cuyo homólogo colombiano Gustavo Petro ha comparado con un “centro de concentración”. Las organizaciones humanitarias se llevan las manos a la cabeza ante un política que, dicen, viola de formar flagrante los derechos humanos. Bukele no es el primer mandatario en aplicar la receta de mano dura, una fórmula que una vez tras otra se ha mostrado ineficaz. ¿Hay algún elemento que permita pensar que esta vez es el fin definitivo de las pandillas y no sólo un golpe de efecto? ¿Podrían las maras mutar hacia otro tipo de organización criminal?

600 g Kartoffeln

2 Hähnchenbrust
8-10 Minuten in Pflanzenöl braten
60 Gramm Butter
Salz, Pfeffer
Kartoffelpüree machen
140 ml heiße Milch
gut umrühren
1 Zwiebel
in Pflanzenöl anbraten
~250-300 g Pilze
Salz, Pfeffer
fertig braten
Salz, Pfeffer
Eine Auflaufform mit Butter einfetten
schwarzer Pfeffer, Paprika
200 g rote Bohnen aus der Dose
150 g Käse
~ 40 Minuten bei 180°C backen
