[리포트]

경남의 한 지역농협 지점에 지난해 7월 한 조합원이 찾아왔습니다.

대출금리가 올랐다며 따지러 온 겁니다.

대출담당이었던 김 모 씨가 확인해 보니 이 조합원의 신용등급은 11등급 중 10등급.

지난 1년간 이자를 6번, 총 천만 원 넘게 연체한 탓이었습니다.

[김OO/지역농협 직원/음성변조 : “지급 불가로 나오는 상황이었어요. 이자 잘 내시고 다른 게 연체 없으시고 이러면 금리를 충분히 낮출 수 있다라고…”]

그런데, 엿새 뒤 조합장이 불러 면담을 했고, 이후 조합원의 요구가 반영된 대출안이 마련됐습니다.

연 8%였던 토지 담보대출은 4% 대로, 9% 정도인 신용대출은 5% 대로 금리가 낮아진 겁니다.

줄어든 이자가 1년에 6백만 원이 넘습니다.

[김OO/지역농협 직원/음성변조 : “융통성 없이 하니까 이렇게 된 거 아니냐” 뭐라 하시는 거예요.”]

두 달 뒤 이 조합원은 신규 대출도 요구했고, 신용등급과 담보가 부족했지만, 지점장은 허용할 것을 지시했습니다.

[김OO/지역농협 직원/음성변조 : “나무만 심어져 있는 땅, 이거는 담보 가치가 없다라고까지 했어요. (그런데) 이거 꼭 해줘야 된다.”]

결국 4%대 금리에 6천만 원 대출이 나갔고, 20여 일 뒤 김 씨는 마트로 발령 나 상품 관리를 했습니다.

[“(이해를 못 하겠습니다.) 정치라는 게 논리적으로 표를 얻기 위해서 하는 것도 있고… 니가 고집이 세단 말이야 XX야. 아 XX 좀 끝날 때까지 잠잠해질 때까지.”]

김 씨는 약 두 달 뒤 다른 지점에서 금융업무를 맡게 됐지만, 대출업무에선 제외됐습니다.

조합장은 연체 이자를 다 갚으면 금리를 낮춰줘도 문제가 없다고 주장합니다.

[지역농협 조합장/음성변조 : “(조합원이) ‘내가 이자를 이만큼 낼 테니까 이거 정상화 시켜주소’ 탁 내버리면 끝나 버립니다.”]

마트 발령은 ‘지점 분위기가 좋지 않으니 잠깐만 가달라고 부탁한 것’이라 말했습니다.

Scholz and Biden added they would welcome allies’ “additional donations of air defense systems and combat vehicles.” Germany didn’t specify how many Marder vehicles would be supplied, but Der Spiegel reported it could be as many as 40.

Two US officials said the US weapons package for Ukraine would include about 50 Bradley Fighting Vehicles. Also included would be Humvees and a large number of missiles and other ammunition. So far, Germany has agreed to supply Ukraine with “Gepard” anti-aircraft tanks but not the Marder infantry fighting vehicles Kyiv has repeatedly asked for. The West’s hesitation in sending advanced armaments has revolved around fears of provoking Russia. Earlier France announced that it would be sending “light tanks.”
