Overpriced unless you need it now. The multi tool with battery and charger goes on sale for $99 and the sander is often less than $100 tool only. The woodworking combo that includes the jigsaw for $300 is a much better buy when on sale. If you don’t need the jigsaw then you can sell it for at least $100 in most markets.
There are better deals to be found if you can wait but it’s not bad for what it is. The charger is worth about $40 and is becoming more common in kits, so doesn’t really make this kit special.
I’d wait for the 300P1 kit to go back on sale for $300 or buy the tools/kits individually as needed.

Not bad of a deal given today’s market. I would wait until better deals show up. Maybe I was spoiled by the December events at all major retailers.
To give an example, a set of drill, impact, circular saw, multi tool, orbital sander, 2ah, 4ah, and a charger was $299.
