Supreme Court Hearing Gyanvapi Mosque Case Today: The Supreme Court on Friday transferred hearing of the civil suit in Gyanvapi mosque case from civil judge (senior division) Varanasi to district judge (Varanasi). The Supreme Court heard the case today after it adjourned proceedings on Thursday due to the absence of Hari Shankar Jain, lead counsel of the Hindu side in the matter. The apex court on Thursday asked the civil court in Varanasi to not proceed with hearing the Gyanvapi case till it takes up the matter on Friday. A commission appointed by a court here to conduct a survey of the Gyanvapi Mosque-Shringar Gauri complex filed its report to a Varanasi district court on Thursday, submitting documents, videos and photographs.
वाराणसी की ज्ञानवापी मस्जिद मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने बड़ा आदेश देते हुए कहा है कि इसकी सुनवाई जिला जज द्वारा ही होनी चाहिए. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने शुक्रवार को वाराणसी कोर्ट (Varanasi Court) के आदेश पर रोक के अंतरिम आदेश को जारी रखा है. शीर्ष अदालत (Supreme Court) ने बड़ा फैसला सुनाते हुए कहा है कि अंतरिम आदेश के तहत शिवलिंग वाले क्षेत्र की सुरक्षा जारी रहेगी. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि मामले की सुनवाई सिविल कोर्ट के बजाय जिला अदालत में डिस्ट्रिक्ट जज द्वारा ही होनी चाहिए. सर्वोच्च अदालत (Supreme Court) ने कहा, ‘इस मामले को अनुभवी और परिपक्व हाथों द्वारा सुना जाना चाहिए. हम ट्रायल जज पर सवाल नहीं उठा रहे हैं. लेकिन ज्यादा अनुभवी हाथों द्वारा यह केस देखा जाना चाहिए तभी सभी पक्षों को फायदा होगा.’
