How was your year 2020? I’m sure we all had a time. But it’s time to say goodbye to 2020 with sadness.
Let’s welcome 2021 with hope. I made a happy new year cake to celebrate the new year. I hope this cake idea helps my friends.

[Sponge Cake]
3 eggs
90 g (7 Tbsp) granulated sugar
90 g (3/4 Cup) cake flour
1/4 tsp baking powder.
30 g (2 Tbsp) milk
2 Tbsp (26 g ) vegetable oil
[Decoration]
Syrup : 40 g granulated sugar + 80 g hot water
Icing cream : 500 g unsweetened whipping cream + 50 g granulated sugar
(*I make plenty of cream because it’s better to leave than not enough. Adjust the total amount.)
Melted white chocolate, Melted dark chocolate, Chocolate stick cookies(Pocky), Chocolate curls
