Malaking bahagi na ng bansa ang nakararanas ngayon ng mga pag-ulan dahil sa bagyong ‘Paeng.’
Ayon sa state weather bureau PAGASA, binabantayan nila ang posibleng rapid intensification o biglaang paglakas ng bagyo bago ito mag-landfall sa Bicol area sa Sabado, Oktubre 29.
