Peter Singer, profesor de ética en la Universidad de Princeton, es considerado el padre filosófico del movimiento moderno por los derechos de los animales. Basado en la filosofía del utilitarismo, es decir, la doctrina que ve la utilidad como la base del comportamiento moral, explica convincentemente por qué debemos incluir los intereses y sentimientos de los animales en nuestras consideraciones para el consumo de carne, tal como incluimos los de otras personas.
Pero ¿qué sienten realmente los animales? Sara Hintze es investigadora de bienestar animal en la Universidad de Recursos Naturales y Ciencias de la Vida de Viena y estudia las emociones de los animales de granja. Dieses Schweinebauchrezept wird alle Schweinefleischliebhaber ansprechen. Aber noch mehr wird es diejenigen ansprechen, die es kochen werden. Schließlich ist es sehr einfach und schnell. Dieses Schweinebauchrezept dauert nur 15 Minuten. Schweinefleisch muss nicht 1-2 Stunden gedünstet und gekocht werden. Passt gut zu Reis und Gemüse aus dem Video.
Zutaten und Zubereitung:
450g Schweinebauch
Heute bereiten wir ein sehr schnelles Gericht mit Schweinebauch zu
Die Haut wegschneiden
Schneiden Sie den Schweinebauch in dünne Scheiben, 3-5 mm dick
½ bis 1 Teelöffel scharfer Pfeffer
Bratpfanne auf mittlerer Hitze vorheizen
Den Schweinebauch einlegen
Scharfer Pfeffer
1 Esslöffel Sojasauce
1-2 Teelöffel scharfe Pfefferflocken
1 Esslöffel geröstetes Sesamöl
1 EL Zucker
Gut umrühren und 2-3 Minuten rösten lassen, dabei umrühren
5 Knoblauchzehen
1 Teelöffel Ingwer
Ingwer hinzugeben
Knoblauch
1 Teelöffel Paprika
Gut mischen
1 Zwiebel
Etwa 8 Minuten bei mittlerer Hitze kochen
Gelegentlich umrühren
Grüne Zwiebeln
1 Esslöffel Austernsauce (optional)
Grüne Zwiebeln hinzufügen und weitere 3-5 Minuten unter Rühren braten
Vom Herd nehmen, das Gericht ist fertig
Olivenöl
1 Tasse Reis
1-2 Minuten anbraten
2 Tassen Wasser
Salz
Reis kochen, bis er gar ist
3 Eier
Eigelb vom Eiweiß trennen
Das Eigelb verquirlen
Eigelb zum gekochten Reis geben und verrühren
Eiweiß
Eine Prise Salz
Schaumig rühren
Zum Reis geben und 2 Minuten weiter kochen
2 Knoblauchzehen
½ Teelöffel Ingwer
Sesamöl
30 Sekunden lang anbraten
1 Zwiebel
1-2 Minuten anbraten
Grüne Bohnen
Weitere 1-2 Minuten braten
1 Paprika
2 Esslöffel Sojasauce
5 Minuten kochen

In places like Alcatraz, armed guards patrolled the corridors, equipped with tear gas dispensers and supported by remote-controlled machine weaponry — trying to leave your cell meant risking your life.
But in places like Bastoy Prison in Norway, you’d be forgiven for thinking you were ever locked up in the first place.
Behind the entrance to Bastoy Prison you’ll find high-class amenities, usable bikes, TVs, and (we’re not kidding here:) tanning beds. Seriously, this place gives 5-star hotels a run for their money. But Bastoy isn’t the only jail we’ll see today — with exclusive access finally granted, join us as we head to places like Spain, Germany, and Switzerland to explore a handful of the most luxurious prisons on the face of the Earth.
In places like Aranjuez in Spain, parents are allowed to bring their kids, all for the betterment of families staying together. The cells are lined with cribs, Disney characters on the walls, and a dedicated kids’ play area. Ready to check these “prisons” out? Let’s do it!
