오늘 부산에는 강한 바람과 함께 한겨울치곤 이례적으로 많은 양의 비가 내렸는데요. 갑작스러운 폭우로 빗길 사고는 물론 일부 도로가 통제되거나 비행기 결항도 잇따랐습니다. 김영록 기자가 취재했습니다.

부산의 한 도롭니다.
갑작스런 폭우에 도로가 물에 잠겼고, 관할 자치단체와 경찰이 나서 도로를 막고 배수 작업을 벌였습니다.
오늘 부산에는 새벽부터 77.1밀리미터 가량의 많은 비가 내렸고 특히 영도구 동삼동에는 시간당 56.5밀리미터의 폭우가 쏟아졌습니다.
[장유란/부산 동삼동 : “(1월에) 이렇게 비가 많이 왔던 적은 제가 여기 살면서 정말 처음 봤고요. 저희집 같은 경우는 앞마당이 있는데 그 앞마당이 전부 다 잠길 정도로 비가 정말 많이 왔어요.”]
부산에 내린 오늘 비의 양은 기상청 통계가 시작된 1904년 이후 1월 하루 강수량 중 두 번째로 많은 양입니다.
갑자기 쏟아진 비로 도로 곳곳이 물에 잠겼고 일부 도로는 통제됐습니다.
도심 하천인 온천천 주변 세병교, 연안교, 수연교 등의 출입이 한때 통제됐습니다.
또 많은 비에 강풍까지 이어져 부산과 경남 거제를 잇는 거가대교 진입이 통제됐고, 항공기 결항도 잇따랐습니다.
빗길 교통사고는 물론 소방 당국에도 침수와 건물 외벽이 떨어지는 등의 사고가 15건이나 접수됐습니다.
[이수미/부산기상청 예보관 : “이렇게 기온이 높은 상태에서는 다량의 수증기를 함유할 수 있는데 오늘 남쪽으로부터 강한 남풍을 타고 다량의 수증기를 머금은 공기가 유입되면서 1월로는 이례적으로 많은 비가 내려….”]
기상청은 주말인 내일과 모레에도 5에서 10밀리미터의 비가 더 내리겠다며 최신 기상정보를 참고해 달라고 당부했습니다.

ประเด็นเด็ด 7 สี – ตำรวจเร่งล่าชายชาวเมียนมาหัวร้อน บุกฟันหญิงข้างห้องเช่าบาดเจ็บสาหัส สาเหตุเกิดจากความแค้น ไม่พอใจที่ถูกต่อว่าด่าทอว่าส่งเสียงดัง เอะอะโวยวาย ขณะดื่มเหล้ามึนเมา
ตำรวจ สภ.แม่สอด ตรวจสอบที่เกิดเหตุภายในห้องเช่าไม่มีเลขที่ ตำบลแม่ปะ อำเภอแม่สอด จังหวัดตาก พบคราบเลือดบนพื้นห้องจำนวนมาก มีผู้บาดเจ็บเป็นหญิงชาวเมียนมา อายุ 40 ปี ถูกมีดฟันที่หลังและแขนซ้าย เป็นแผลฉกรรจ์ โดยอาสากู้ภัยได้ช่วยเหลือพาตัวส่งโรงพยาบาล เหตุการณ์เกิดขึ้นช่วงเที่ยงวันนี้ 24 ต.ค. ขณะที่ผู้ก่อเหตุเป็นชายชาวเมียนมาที่พักอาศัยในห้องเช่าติดกัน โดยหลังก่อเหตุได้หลบหนีไป ล่าสุด ตำรวจได้ลงพื้นที่ไล่ล่าตัว แต่ยังไร้วี่แวว
จากการสอบสวนผู้่เห็นเหตุการณ์ บอกว่า ก่อนเกิดเหตุ หญิงผู้บาดเจ็บ กำลังนั่งดูมือถืออยู่ในห้องพัก กระทั่งจู่ ๆ ผู้ก่อเหตุก็ถือมีดบุกเข้ามาจ้วงแทงจากทางด้านหลังในทันที และแทงเข้าที่แขนซ้าย โดยเจ้าตัวได้ร้องขอชีวิต พร้อมกับตะโกนขอความช่วยเหลือ ก่อนที่ผู้ก่อเหตุจะวิ่งหลบหนีไป โดยมีสาเหตุเกิดจากชายผู้ก่อเหตุชอบดื่มเหล้ามึนเมา และส่งเสียงดัง เอะอะโวยวาย ทำให้ผู้บาดเจ็บเกิดความรำคาญ จึงเข้าไปต่อว่าด่าทอ ไม่ให้เสียงดัง จนกระทั่งเขาเกิดความแค้น โมโห และไม่พอใจ ถือมีดบุกเข้าไปจ้วงแทงดังกล่าว

Russia’s Defense Ministry said on Friday that its forces had taken control of the Ukrainian salt-mining town of Soledar in Donetsk region on Thursday, state media reported.
It added that Russia’s capture of the town would allow its troops to cut off Ukrainian forces from the nearby, much larger town of Bakhmut.
The Kremlin has made capturing the industrial Donetsk region its primary objective after nearly one year of fighting, having been forced to abandon more ambitious goals like seizing the capital, Kyiv, and ousting Ukraine’s government.
Meanwhile, Ukrainian officials denied that Russia controls Soledar. According to the spokesperson of the eastern group of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, “severe” fighting is ongoing in the town, and Ukrainian troops continue to hold the defense.
However, the US-based Institute for the Study of War, a military observation group, said in an analytical note that Russian forces had likely captured Soledar on Wednesday.
