A “Presidential” Throwback Pic!
I don’t think we’ve seen this pic before, but David’s (and Kari’s) vault is surely a treasure trove of throwback gems!! Back in 2010, David went to DC as part of the Children’s Miracle Network Celebration of Champions. He visited the White House and performed (Lean On Me) for the CMN Champions as well as for (then) President Obama.
At some point, unknown to me anyway, he also met (then) VP Joe Biden and his wife, Jill. The above photo we presume was taken at an event from that celebration. Look how happy they are to be photographed with David! 
Josh Skinner had a very sweet comment for David under this photo on Instagram~ And he’s right; David really has had an incredible career (so far). 
That AMAZING National’s Game National Anthem!
As a part of the CMN festivities that year, David sang the National Anthem for the Washington Nationals Baseball game! On this “Throwback-week,” this performance was absolutely unforgettable. A huge thank you to Nancy M for capturing the performance!!

David’s post on Instagram was a nice throwback and a respectful show for our country and its officials. He consistently wishes the best for all as they lead and serve.
Earlier this month, he participated in the inaugural ceremonies for Utah’s new Governor, Spencer Cox. I apologize if this was already posted, but his performance of “Homeward Bound” with Nathan Pacheco was absolutely beautiful and sublime~

Remembering Larry King
Last Saturday, Larry King, the legendary radio and TV interviewer and Talkshow host passed away after a three-week battle with COVID related complications. As a host Larry was consistently cordial, fun, and genuinely interested in both his guests and viewers!
Back in 2008 and again in 2009, David was featured on his show. In 2008, the Season 7 American Idols sat down with Larry King for a special Q and A episode! Many of you may remember the priceless moment when “Archie” left Larry King “hanging” and speechless!

Another sweet throwback Larry King Live moment was in an interview with the AI S7 idols while out on the road on Tour. Larry had the pleasure of sharing with David that his song “Crush” was at #1 on iTunes! Go to 2:10 on the vid for David’s enthusiastic reaction!

Ahhh Those 2020 Stageit Shows AND a Perfect Team!
Another FOD social media share last week was a throwback to the “Future Self” (<—see what I did there? 
) clip saved from David’s Therapy Sessions Stageit show! His stageit shows were such an incredible blessing for the fans in 2020!! It was pretty cool to see Team Archie repost our story about our 2021 anticipation and excitement!
A “Glorious” Memory~
We added to our FOD IGtv this “Glorious/You Say” performance from David’s 2019 Christmas Tour stop in Minnesota. Like any of David’s Tour stops, this was a magical night~ especially magical as it was in my own city with dear friends and family members along with me. CLICK BELOW to watch!
