Venezuela freed those in their jail,
Opposition figures, no bail.
They were held by Maduro,
Now they’re free to go,
Thanks to U.S., the truth shall prevail.
There once was a man named Ronny Chieng,
Who criticized the “lawless militia” thing,
For terrorizing folks in their hood,
It’s all just no good,
He says, after the Minnesota shooting’s sting.
There once was an ICE agent from Minneapolis,
Who caused a commotion with one fatal miss,
After a shooting so tragic,
The incident was quite magic,
In a city full of shock and distress.
There once was a former veep so sly,
Who seemed to agree, by and by,
With the president’s prediction,
For a House election,
If Dems win, the White House might cry.
Avelo’s union made it plain
Flying ICE would bring nothing but pain
To the airline, they knew
Their concerns were all true
Now management sees they weren’t insane
The state’s AG was firm and bold,
Said federal findings would be controlled,
No matter what they report,
It will be met with retort,
Questioned thoroughly, he foretold.
There once was a case in demand
But evidence was close at hand
Without access to all
The truth did not call
To meet standards was not as planned
There once was a man named Tom Homan
Defending ICE agents on a showman
He said they face danger
And their actions aren’t stranger
Claiming self defense, he’s their spokesman.
There once were some videos, quite bold,
Raising questions, a story they told,
About claims that were made,
By officials, whose aid,
In the shooting, we’re now told to hold.
There once was a Fox News host so bold,
Confessed his diet was quite controlled,
At the White House he shared,
New guidelines declared,
His healthy eating plan he extolled.
