Longtime State Department Spokesman, Diplomat Richard Boucher, Dies At 73
A diplomat, Boucher was quite bold,
For U.S. foreign policy he’d uphold.
At the State Department podium he’d stand,
Guiding policy with a steady hand,
Throughout the ’90s and 2000s, his story told.
