There once was a CNN anchor
Who confessed, “I don’t know what that means,”
His face showed a look of blank anger
As he tried to decipher the scene
Confused and lost, on live air he sank her
There once was a Trump insider
Whose attacks on her boss grew wider
She used a sharp line
That could’ve been fine
But ended up just a divider
There once was a woman MTG,
Who turned on Trump, don’t you see?
Her new series she’d tout,
Life with MTG, no doubt,
A tale of drama and glee.
A veep was teased by his critics so clever,
Said the party could “do a lot better.”
But he stood his ground,
And his ideas were sound,
Proving his worth as a trendsetter.
There once was a senator from Texas
Who made a remark quite perplexus
He said Talarico’s not manly
Couldn’t handle a stiff breeze, uncannily
Yet fled to Cancun during a messus
Attorneys for the suspect did sue,
Claimed the trustees denied what was due.
No legal reason was found,
To keep the funds bound,
Now justice must follow on cue.
A presence that touched many lives,
In our hearts forever he thrives,
His memory will stay,
In our thoughts every day,
The artist, in our hearts, survives.
There once was a man named Trump
Who claimed the election had a bump
No evidence was found
For his words that astound
Just another baseless jump
There once was a commentator from ESPN,
Who clapped back at the president’s den,
Tearing apart his campaign pledge,
On the air he did allege,
A limerick battle did begin.
There once was a teen from Texas state
Who provoked a rival, sealed his fate
At a track meet, he stabbed
The athlete, but now he’s nabbed
For murder, his future’s not great.
