There once was a girl named Thea Frodin,
Looked up to a champ – U.S. Open win.
Full-circle now she stands tall,
In awe of her idol overall,
A moment she’ll cherish within.
A journalist from New York Times said,
If Democrats win, here’s what lies ahead,
With House and Senate control,
They’ll aim to reach their goal,
In 2026, the future’s widespread.
There once was a man with some strings
Who pondered the mysteries it brings
He said with a wink
I think I might think
That might just explain a few things.

Whose comments caused quite a furore.
He said the two nations,
Used the crisis for frustrations,
Over wars in Ukraine and Gaza, they deplore.
There once were men feeling so blue,
Their actions were causing a hullabaloo,
In Trump’s second term,
They felt quite the germ,
Corporate America’s response they’ll rue.
There once was some oil, quite a bunch,
Its price soared amid a fierce hunch,
U.S. forces struck,
In the oil market, luck,
As tensions rose, investors did crunch.
There once was a caller who’d say,
The president’s oblivious, they’d convey,
To the struggles we face,
In this challenging place,
Their ignorance on full display.
There once was a state leader who
Got a beating from Riley and Pratt, it’s true
Over a silly issue they’d fight
With right-wingers, what a sight
But the leader just smiled and knew.
A designer named John Galliano
Believed in true atonement to show
Not through exhibition
Or one grand admission
But through actions that clearly bestow.
There once was a chain that was praised,
By the administration, they were amazed.
Critics wondered aloud,
If the government plowed,
Into lowering prices, they gazed.
